Safe & Secure Locksmith opened at 4105 Macdonald Street in Vancouver in 1992, and we have answered the same number — 604-734-7233 — ever since. We started with one technician and one truck. Three decades on we run a fleet of mobile vans out of the Macdonald Street shop, fully licensed under British Columbia's Security Services Act, with OBD programmers, transponder cutters and restricted-keyway blanks for every major brand on board.
Most of our work is commercial: master-key systems on restricted keyways, electronic access control, panic hardware and door closers for offices, retail, strata and property-management portfolios across the Lower Mainland. Builders and realtors run trade accounts billed net-30 instead of paying per visit. The same team also handles residential re-keys and lock upgrades, and full automotive service — car keys, smart fobs and all-keys-lost programming at your vehicle, no tow to the dealer.

Safe & Secure Locksmith operates under a current British Columbia Security Services Act locksmith licence. Every technician on our payroll is individually licensed, background-checked under the Criminal Records Review Act, and covered by our commercial general-liability and bonding insurance for the duration of any job in your home, vehicle or business.
We are an ALOA (Associated Locksmiths of America) member shop and a vetted ICBC and major-insurance provider for after-loss lock-and-key replacement claims. If your insurer asks for a licensed, bonded locksmith with a current B.C. credential, we are the one they list.
We never sub-contract to call-centre lead farms. That is the difference between a real Vancouver locksmith and a $19 callout that becomes a $500 invoice once they are already at your door.
